FEASIBILITY/ CONCEPT STUDY

During this exploratory design study, we collect information about the client's vision for the project as well as all applicable site parameters (i.e. zoning, trees, topography, solar, impervious cover,etc). Once all of these design parameters have been defined, we undergo a preliminary design exercise exploring options for the best utilization of the site to meet a client's requirements. We then present findings and observations along with a recommended design concept (or concepts) for the project. This conceptual design is further built upon as clients proceed with Full Architectural Services, or can also act as a stand alone service that is a helpful tool for evaluating a potential site under consideration for a project.
